Patent lawyer, David McEwing, will provide Cannon members with a user-friendly guide DIY to the filing of a provisional patent application. He will focus on what information should be provided in your description of your invention and also discuss the USPTO forms that should be completed online and provided with your “self-written” invention description. If time permits, David will also walk through the actual steps/screens you will encounter when electronically filing the application.
