Please join us as we discuss how to best protect your intellectual property via patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, etc.

We will provide a general overview of the different types of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, trade secrets, etc.) and then take a deeper dive into the appropriate strategies to take and best practices to use when seeking patent protection. We will also go over the timelines required by the USPTO and how to avoid missing the window of opportunity for seeking patent protection.
